Matthew Remphrey

Australian-born designer Matthew Remphrey is the founder of Parallax Design, one of Australia’s most creative design agencies, working on wine label design, brand identities and more.

Matthew completed a Bachelor of Visual Communication in Illustration at the University of South Australia in 1991, and proceeded to become the Creative Manager at Ian Kidd Design, where he worked on branding projects such as BankSA, DairyVale and Business SA. He proceeded to found Parallax Design in 2001, which worked on two of South Australia’s largest rebranding projects – Hardys Wine and the ACH Group.

For his work in design, Matthew has been awarded two Pinnacles from the Australian Graphic Design Association (AGDA), Best of Show twice at the Adelaide Advertising and Design Club (AADC) Awards, Best of Show at the Australasian Packaging Awards, and also an InBook at D&AD.
