Supersonic electro-music group Delaware was founded by Masato Samata in 1993.

Today, Delaware’s members also include Aya Honda, Morihiro Tajiri and Hiroshi Okamuratake, with their work taking on multiple forms such as recordings, visual installation, writing, web, mobile phone, poster, cross stitch, and live performance.

Delaware take their art way beyond recording and live performance to create a range of design-savvy works including posters, bitmap art, cross-stitch products and ‘artoons’ (cartoons plus art).

In 2009, the collective founded ‘RE<ORDS’, an independent record label that exists only for the iPhone and the iPod touch.
