Andrew Stevens

Principal and Creative Director of Graphic Thought Facility (GTF), Andrew Stevens co-founded the London-based graphic design consultancy in 1990. Born in Sheffield, Andrew attended Leeds Polytechnic and the Royal College of Art between 1985 – 1990, and went on to establish GTF in the early nineties.

Current GTF projects include brand-identity and signage for Frieze Art Fair (2002–present), retail graphics and signage for Marks & Spencer (2004–present), print material for Vitra (CH) and for The Gagosian Galleries in New York, London and LA.

A significant part of GTF’s work is in the field of graphic design for cultural institutions and interior spaces where they have collaborated on projects for the National Museum of Science and Industry, The Victoria & Albert Museum, The Natural History Museum, The National Maritime Museum, The Wellcome Collection, The Design Museum and the VitraHaus (D).
