Christine is a human-centered innovator who uses foresight, mixed research methods and cultural understanding to explore complex questions that lead to the development of strategic design solutions. With over 20 years of global experience, Christine has helped Fortune 500 brands, government agencies and non-profit groups align vision, strategy and implementation to address changing future dynamics. Christine specializes in foresight, research, and strategic transformation across diverse industries by exploring user behaviors and need, emerging technology and end user interaction, brand challenges and team/organizational success. While Christine comes from an agency background (McCann-Erickson, Leo Burnett and Lintas) and operated on the creative side for years, her focus for the past 15 years has been enabling transformational change within organizations using user-centered and strategic design methods. She was a founding team member of the Advanced Portfolio Exploration Group at General Motors, the Center for Innovation at Mayo Clinic and the Innovation Center of Excellence at Cigna. Christine has recently moved into an Adjunct Lecturer role at the University of Utah and is focusing on development and mentorship at the Sorenson Center for Discovery and Innovation within the Eccles Business School.
