Rex is Co-Founder & CEO of the research-based advisory firm INITIATIVES A/S. Rex specializes in co-creation, strategic change management, and organization analysis & design. He is responsible for co-designing and driving strategic co-creation processes with our clients. Rex is deeply involved in developing co-creation apps for private sector and for private-public sector initiatives with a specific focus on security, health care, and sustainability. Rex holds a Ph.D. in Strategic Change Management and has a strong background from pharma and clean-tech industries as well as management consulting in organization development, organizational design, change management and leadership development.He is an active researcher in applied research and is reviewer for Stanford University Press and several international scientific journals.Furthermore, Rex engages with society by contributing as innovation expert for the Danish Agency for Science, Technology and Innovation and is engaged in councils for Danish Design Association and expert panel for electronics and design. He teaches co-creation at Copenhagen Business School’s MBA and executive programs. Industry Experience
