Professor Tarek Ismail is a specialist in Product Design and Visual Communication. He taught in the Industrial Design Department in the Faculty of Applied Arts, Helwan University – Egypt, between 1990 to 1996 and later moved to Germany to complete his PHD in collaboration with the High School of Design in Braunschweig –from 1996 to 1999. Tarek returned to Egypt and worked as a doctor of Design and Visual communication. He has held many exhibitions that reflect his thoughts in the 3D design by the Computer and Mathematical Forms Modeling. Between 2003 to 2009 he worked in the field of Art and Technology Education in King Khaled University in Saudi Arabia. There, he succeeded to make a combination between his experience in Design and The Bedouin desert environment in The Saudi Arabia, using Glass, Leather and different materials and products. Tarek established and heads the Department of Graphic Design at the College of Information, Communication, Humanities in Ajman University in the Arab United of Emirates in 2010. Since then, Professor Tarek works as a professor of design in Ajman University and has published many books in Graphic Design, Multimedia Design and Interactive Design. Industry Experience
