Biography
Dr Guillermo Aranda-Mena is an Associate Professor at the School of Property, Construction and Project Management, RMIT University, Melbourne, Australia. He divides his time between Australia and Italy as he holds a UNESCO Chair for Architecture at Politecnico di Milano, Italy were he also lectures and conducts research. Guillermo also devotes part of his time to conducting building design-research in Singapore and Hong-Kong. In 2010 Guillermo was awarded a professional certificate at Stanford University, California on the area of applied informatics for architecture.Dr Aranda-Mena’s experience spans over a decade looking at areas of innovation in workplace, digital architecture and project management for design firms. He currently leads a design-research team operating in Australia, Italy, Spain Singapore and Hong-Kong and has successfully supervised a number of research projects and Doctoral theses. Guillermo is a well-published scholar and Regional Editor for Australasia Emerald Scientific Publishers.
